Elohim

If we will humble ourselves, afflict ourselves or practice Teshuvah, because it's then when Yahuwah will dwell and live among us, his people, especially now, because we have been adopted and reborn into his own household.

We are the children of Elohim, children of God, through his beloved son, Yahusha.

That is our lesson.

So I'm not ever worried about anything that man is concocting because it's all being built up.

It's all being used to destroy them.

For Yahuwah knows all of them that sin against him." and therefore delivers he them unto death and destruction.

For now are the plagues come upon the whole earth, and ye shall remain in them, for Elohim shall not deliver you because ye have sinned against him.

Exactly what Satan is setting up.

God, we don't know the need, but where there is a need for provision, we ask that you would step in and be the Jehovah Jireh.

Where there is need for your might, We would ask that you show yourself as the mighty Elohim.

God, where there is a need for your presence, show yourself as the great I am.

We ask, God, that you would protect them against any weapon that is formed against them, that it might not prosper.

It could be angels or human magistrates.

Because the term Elohim... is applied to both at times, and we'll talk a little bit more about that later on.

And that can kind of strike people the wrong way whenever they realize that, but it needs to be recognized.

Some, such as Michael Heiser, have made much of the angelic reading, while others see his claims as being overconfident.

In Psalm 8.5, we read about man, quote, yet you have made him a little lower than the angels, end quote.

And so with that reading, this seems to be a pretty open and shut case that yes, humans are inferior to angels in some ways.

some way however the translation there of angels is debated so we'll talk about that real quick so the term here translated as angels is actually again elohim commonly translated as gods or god which leads to significant discussions to say the least It seems best to conceptualize Elohim as a broader term, perhaps as a category of spiritual beings to which, as a spiritual being, God belongs, but is obviously above others in the category who are created by God.

The ESV Study Bible, for example, notes the text, with the heavenly beings stating, quote, the Hebrew could mean the gods, that is the angels in the heavenly court, or it could mean God himself.

God? It says here...

And who is the rock besides our Elohim, besides our God? I love that.

Who is Elohim? And then in Psalm 18, it has Eloah.

And Eloah is the singular of Elohim.

So that's pretty cool.

It's saying there's no, and obviously, I mean, obviously, do you agree that this is a rhetorical question? Of course.

In other words, there is no God beside Yehovah.

There is no rock besides our God.

And what could possibly be literal for that more than how far the planets are from the sun? This is where it gets almost frighteningly literal.

Elohim is sun spirits.

That's what Elohim means is they're spirits of the sun.

They can break off from the sun.

Archangels, like the Archangel Michael is said to be a ball of flaming liquid.

It's got plasma written all over it, too.

But if my hypothesis is correct, that Sophia is literally the sun, and the monad is something completely inconceivable to us, that we... that created the sun, something that way outside of our biology understanding.

Sophia is the sun, and she can send out Christ's archangels, so to speak, Elohim, sun spirits, sends them out to different planets to challenge itself.

A little lower than himself.

Some modern translations misinterpret the scripture in Psalms where it says, for God has made man a little lower than Elohim.

They've interpreted Elohim.

Some have interpreted Elohim as the angels, but it's not the angels.

They were just afraid.

Whatever translators got it wrong, it was out of fear.

There were things blocking my head.

Just like you talked about the armor of Elohim.

There were lies that were binding me up.

And until I put the truth on, I wasn't free.

This was years before I entered the Torah.

And I appreciate what you said, that Yahweh, I don't know who knows where it's coming from, but at the end of the day, it's literally coming.

I mean, he's allowing it, right? So I still praise him for that, even though I didn't know the real Elohim back then.

Is that?

They're above man in the cosmic order in exactly the same way they are in Psalm 8.

You'll recall that Psalm 8 talks about God being exalted and looks upward to the moon and the stars and the heavenly beings, which are called the Elohim, the gods.

Now, as far as the angels are concerned, the problem here is that there has always been a basic tendency in human nature to worship them, either fallen or unfallen, rather than to worship God.

Pagan worship of the gods And goddesses would be one example, but an even better example is a movement that was active in the early days of the church known as Gnosticism.
