So talk about, um, talk about trying to train, you know, working full time with two small children.

Obviously you've got two boys, I've got two girls, um, different, um, I think boys and girls definitely present different challenges, but it's definitely a challenge no matter what with two small kids.

But then you're throwing however many hours you're training a week on top of that.

I'm still very novice, but still very much enjoying this and holding on to the hope of trying to improve and get better.

So I am sinking a lot of time into it in hopes that it'll pay off eventually.

But yeah, training for me, you know, with everything going on, like kids are in school, my wife's working full time, you know, during the weekdays, it basically means I can run before the kids wake up or after they go to bed.

So a lot of early mornings, you know, I set my alarm clock a lot for like 4.30 and I'm just like, no, I'm so tired.

The idea of getting up at 4.30 as I'm going to bed still, you know, it's painful, but it has to be done.
