But at the same time, they're wonderful apples.

So some of those apples that you find at, like, Apple Hill or in the, on, uh, the market stands, those thing, those apples are all heirloom varieties, not necessarily what you'd find in the commercial store.

So you get a different, uh, apple, a different flavor.

They are really good though.

We have a couple of tasting rooms in the county, one in Camino and Apple Hill area, which we've had for 15 years, and this one here at the estate.

I live in Apple Hill, and I've been making cider 25 years, so it was a natural to add that to our tasting room lineup.
