Kim Zolciak of Real Housewives of Atlanta, her oldest son with her husband, soon-to-be ex-husband, Kroy Biermann, they have KJ, and he's 15.

And then they have an- another boy and twins, a boy and a girl.

And the boy, KJ, was arrested for aggravated sodomy and sexual assault.

And what happened in the report is h- it happened back in April at a e- gym, an exercise gym.

And according to the victim, alleged victim, she knew KJ.

I think they knew each other.

I don't know that they went to the same school.

She is a teenager as well, I believe.

And according to her, she said he took her into the changing room, the family changing room at this gym and assaulted her and, you know, it was unwanted and it was an assault.

She got out of there, and she, back in April, went and reported it to the police.

So they just arrested him, um, I think on Friday.

So it took four months, I believe, to thoroughly investigate this argument, this alleged situation.

And they did arrest him.

And according to everything I read, they are trying him as an adult because in Georgia, for heinous crimes like sexual assault or even aggravated, meaning he tried but didn't succeed, which is what he's being accused of, um, they can try them as an adult if the perpetrator did it between 13 and 17 years old.

So that is why he's being tried as an adult.

And he just turned 15.

And he's being held, um, it's my understanding until September 9th.

So, uh, very disturbing, very, you know, upsetting.

And Kim, the mother, Kim Zolciak, she came out and she made a statement on her Instagram and she said that KJ denies it, that he took a polygraph and passed it.
