Um, KJ Biermann is Kim Zolciak and Kroy, and Kroy Biermann's son, one of their three sons.

They have four children together.

And part of the stipulation in those court order documents was that Kaia was not to be ever alone with boys.

And it was the strangest thing to ever read in some sort of like visitation court order, you know, custody agreement.

And for her to now be told that as a 12-year-old now, so she was 11 at the time, that she should never be alone with boys, it all makes sense, which makes me think that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann knew about this- For at least a year, if not longer.

This is not new information for them, is my guess.

If the name KJ Bierman sounds familiar, There's probably a reason.

Croy Bierman Jr., or KJ, is the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Croy Bierman.

Now, if y'all know me, y'all know I am a huge Bravo fan, and I am also a huge Falcons fan.

So I am very familiar with both Kim and Croy.

And the defense is already pointing to what it says are weaknesses in the evidence.

According to Sheffield's characterization of the police report, investigators found no male DNA on or inside of the areas where the alleged assault was reported to have occurred.

Now, KJ's mama, Kim Zolciak, has also publicly defended her son and says that he voluntarily took and passed a polygraph examination.

Now, those are the defense claims.

OK, like it's very it's very reminiscent of old Kim Zolciak behavior when people used to say that she was a racist.

And the fact that she was even saying, oh, I never watched Atlanta.
