I send 3,000 emails daily at my agency, and here is how to replicate it. Email outreach remains one of the most effective methods for finding new B2B clients, yet many businesses avoid it due to perceived costs and complexity. I have spent nearly a decade refining my approach, scaling my efforts to send over 3,000 personalised cold emails every single day. This process has allowed my agency, Affluent.co, to generate millions in revenue without relying on expensive, convoluted systems. If you are struggling with B2B client acquisition, this breakdown explains how to build a sustainable machine. We discuss setting up a reliable cold email framework that actually converts. By implementing a modern ai outreach system, you can automate repetitive tasks and focus on closing deals. I will show you how we utilize tools like instantly ai to manage volume without sacrificing deliverability or personalization. You will learn the exact steps required to shift from manual, time-consuming outreach to a high-volume lead generation strategy that works consistently. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\__ 00:00 Before You Start (Rules Of Thumb) 05:49 1.
