So I'm gonna sit here, and I won't talk for all Patriots fans, but I'll just talk for me as a Pats fan.

Every time he steps on the football field, this is what my expectations are for him to play.

But when you go out there and you throw three touchdowns, and you perform the way you perform, you lead your team in rushing, you have a huge run, what gets you down to the goal line, and then you're able to capitalize that and turn that into the touchdown, a two-point conversion, he steps up in the pocket.

But if you wanna be a Super Bowl contender, which I do want this Patriots team to be, and for you personally, Drake, if you wanna make north of $60 million a year, 90% of the time, that's the way you have to perform in that game.

And if you do that, we don't have no problem with you, and I think that you can carry a football team.

And then once you get a, a weapon back like A.J. Brown, I think it just makes things easier for you.

So as we sit here and we continue to watch, now guess what? There's another game coming up this Sunday against Vegas, and you gotta perform the same way, and we can't take nothing less.

So right now we putting a, a regression on pause, but we looking like we're headed in the right direction.

That's what I would say, and I bet that's what Vrabel's telling him right now.
So, it, it, so it seems like maybe you're looking at this as if it's not as positive a turnaround as many others are looking.
I think a lot of people watched that game yesterday and said, "Okay, that's the Drake May that we saw all last season."
