Jaclyn Leibl-CoteGuestJoey PinzHostWhat does responsible travel require? I mean, above from the language and kind of the sustainability, but what does real responsible travel look like?

Responsible travel is, for me, and I think for our team, It's trying to make it's making sure that we are supporting.

Whether it be local businesses, family businesses, it's trying to keep the money in the region that we're traveling to.

not a lot of money actually stays in the region that you're traveling to.

Um, and so that, you know, when it comes to our design philosophy, our brand standards, that's what we really try to make sure that we're doing, um, as much and as often as we can.

And that even if that comes at a higher cost, that's okay because we're trying to help support the local economies that we're traveling to.

Um, you know, so obviously there's single-use plastics, there's the overused, abused words and kind of sound bites that I think everyone tries to say when it comes to sustainable travel.

I'm not getting on something that's going to float on water to get me to the next place.

Like we're supporting, and that's nothing to say cruises are bad or anything like that.

We, our purpose is, is to really immerse you in the culture, which means staying overnight, sleeping in the local, having breakfast and being with locals in the morning.

So we have a whole team, a corporate citizenship team that works very closely with our product designers.

And so they help vet some of the some of the different sites that we're going to doing research and helping support, whether it's new hotels, accommodations, anything like that.

So they're working in tandem together and they're set up by regions so that, you know, the designers need to design, but we also have a vetting process that's happening.

And that even if someone on our corporate citizenship team finds something that wasn't on the designer's radar, hey, did you know that they're building this? It could be a great impact moment on this exploration store.

So they're constantly just collaborating and working together to try to find, you know, these experiences.
