Emma spoke about what it was like starting an agency back in 2001, around the time of and obviously how difficult that must have been.

She spoke about some of the changes she's seen in the industry over the intervening years.

What are the important things that have contributed to her longevity as founder of Elevate, where the business has moved and is moving in recent years? I would say there was lots of honesty, which of course means some positives.

It's controversial to say, but there's a talent erosion, I think, within marketing teams.
