It's golf-centric destinations that people, I would say, travel out of their way a little bit to experience.
You're going out of your way because you want to play great golf, great golf courses and experience like-minded people.
Why does this model work for golfers today? What is happening in culture or golf culture that this is such an interesting model? It's an interesting product.
Well, I think some of it is just the greatest golf land most of the time doesn't sit right next to an American city, although there are plenty of exceptions to that.
It's just the quality of the golf that's being built now that's proliferating across the country and that often tends to be remote.
I also just think there's something that psychologically happens when you get to one of these destinations.
