You went in as a gold medalist engineering student and a national level archer at the same time.

Most people are told that you had to sacrifice one for another.

And here you are knowing both of it.

So what's actually true and what's a myth in that trade-off for someone who has lived both sides of it? See, there's a myth

which we all have.

We feel, you know, the busiest person in the world will take out time for anything you ask him for.

Because it's time management.

Life is all about time management.

If you can manage your time, secondly, if you can plan well, Because failing to plan is planning for failure.

So sports is all about planning.

From one Olympic to the other, from the other Olympic to the next Olympic, it's a four year.

You've got to wait for four years to give yourself.

So that planning of that four years is very, very important to train for the next Olympics.

So that is what sports teaches you.

Time management and planning.

So what I used to do was, generally people feel that, well, a sportsman cannot become a very good student or a good student cannot become a sport person.

I broke that myth.

I said, there's nothing.

If you plan properly, so I used to divide the entire time in two ways.

I had my schooling, college entering when I was doing that B.I.T. master's.

I had time for my, so after four to six, I was everyday training.

Irrespective whether you have an exam or a holiday, you will always find me in the field.

But six to seven, I was always doing weight training and running exercises.

And then from seven to 11, I was studying.

So my plan was very clear.
