The US P3 tipping point – Transurban

yes i will be um and i'll be focusing on um more of the traditional infrastructure um aspects of the conference and specifically in transportation infrastructure and uh and how that relates to the p3 activity that we're that we're seeing in the us right now always

an interesting sector p3 ppt as we call it the side of the pond Okay, well, I'm looking forward to seeing you there.

I will be on the ground too, but I think I'm going to be running around like a mad thing hosting this, that, and the next.

But it's going to be busy, and it's going to be fun, and it's going to be valuable.

However, I feel like I've been talking too much.

So how about I hand over and you tell us a little bit about yourself and a bit more about the role that you play at

Transurban.

Yeah, sure.

So I'm the CFO of the North America business here at Transurban.

So that includes a network of managed lanes that we have in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

So we've been operating those since 2012.

And really um one of the first managed lane and p3 projects in in the us um and that has now blossomed into a you know a very um a very mature sector here in the us that's seeing a lot of growth but i oversee our existing operations and and then also the growth and development projects that we're that we're undertaking both in in washington dc and more recently um in the nashville tennessee area with a project that we are a part of that we just uh were announced a couple weeks ago as as the preferred bidder on that project.
