Can you please take us through your thinking on this?

yeah sure so um you're right where i think where there have been p3s they are very well established and they have been they have been successful and you'll see quite a bit of of adoption so for example um in you know in the state of virginia we started uh the managed lane projects that i talked about as p3s about uh about 12 years ago or so and virginia is very well advanced in in the p3 space and and have adopted it and as well as some other states like Texas and North Carolina.

And what you're really seeing is that those projects have performed very well and in fact exceeded expectations.

And it's now being noticed by the market and by other states.

So there are some large P3 procurements out there right now.

I just mentioned that Tennessee is dipping their toe in the water for the first time ever with their first P3 project that was just recently awarded.

Georgia awarded one of their first projects last year, and another one will be announced here shortly.
