Okay, for my penultimate question, let's focus on a transaction that we at Green Street have recently reported on.

In June, we were writing that Transurban has agreed the sale of your remaining 50% stake in the A25 concession in Montreal, north of the border.

giving La Caisse total ownership of the asset.

Can you please take us through this transaction and tell us what it means for Transurban and how this disposal fits with your broader strategy for North America?

Yeah, sure.

So this was really a portfolio optimization transaction that we undertook.

So we acquired 100% of the A25 many years ago with the interest of growing that into a much larger asset, very similar to what I just took you through on the Washington area where we started with a You know, with a small concession and we had ideas as to how to provide additional relief to the Montreal region with a large development project.

And we worked for many years on that project and we felt like the best move there was to bring in a local partner, which is why we brought La Caisse in as a 50% owner a few years ago.
