In the store where many people shop, right? That's another whole subject we could talk about.

Where are you shopping and how much are you making at home, right? So if you're shopping in a grocery store, if you're shopping in a co-op, if you're shopping in a local market, a natural food market, right? What you'll see is that avocado oil has become the oil, right? right? It's in all the mayonnaise.

If the mayonnaise doesn't have soy oil in it, which 80% of them do, or I'm pulling that out of the air, right? I don't have data for you except my looking.

When I look, going to different stores, organic, not, small, big, local, locally owned, blah-de-blah, whatever it is, co-op, what's everything made of, salad dressings, and mayonnaise and other sauces, they're all made of soy oil.

In any case, what I'm trying to say is that avocado oil has become the healthy alternative, right? Against, if you're not, if you don't want to have a soy oil mayonnaise and you don't want to have a canola oil mayonnaise, which is the vast majority, as I said, of mayos that have been out there the last decade.

And the thing I want to bring up here, and then we'll get into the real subject.

Is it good for you? Who knows? I am consistently, constantly, for decades now, telling my students and my clients and anyone who will listen, when you think about making avocado oil, right? Like, what do you get? Guacamole.

It's eaten all over Europe, the Mediterranean, certainly all over the U.S. now.
