Facilitators: Ave and Harshi Topics: Troubleshooting Google Pixel Crashes: If your Pixel freezes or crashes while using the Amazon or grocery apps, it may be a TalkBack or WebView software conflict…
Jose.
Hey, everybody.
I really love it, but I'm having an issue.
It's happened to me a few times.
Wondering if you guys have ever had this issue.
My phone will crash on me.
Last night, it crashed on me when I was using the scan feature on the Amazon shopping app when you scan your items to try to look it up.
Another time it crashed on me whenever I was shopping for H-E-B groceries.
I can see that the screen is still on, but top back freezes up.
My phone doesn't do anything.
It's like frozen.
And I've had to force restart it.
So I'm wondering, what do you guys think it could be? If it's a software issue, a bug? I thought I had fixed a problem last month when I did a hard reset and I did all the updates on the apps.
I don't know what you guys think could be going on.
Well,
We'll put it back to the audience here to see if anybody has any information on this.
This is Kevin.
