It's the actions of the police, whether it's, it's corruption, or whether it's, uh, just incompetency.
The judiciary, like, uh, I, I'm scratching my head how some of the things that they, they let through and how people were convicted.
It shows that the jury system is not not perfect because that's, uh, you know, it, it comes down to human, um, emotions-
... and decisions made on, on things that probably shouldn't be taken into consideration.
And then the other troubling thing is, because we rely on it a great deal, is the scientific evidence, the forensic evidence now, that, uh, we bring in, uh, experts and, uh, the problems that that can cause because most people accept forensic evidence from a, a scientific point of view or medical evidence as-
I think they call it in, the CSI effect because you see programs like CSI on TV, and the forensics are always perfect, and they're always solved pretty quickly, and, and forensics and DNA never lies.
