trying to be innovative, a little bit more innovative, right, and creative in this kind of season of nonprofits.
So I'm really excited to share that we actually are doing our first ever Choose 180 pop-up.
And essentially what it is, is we are partnering with minority-owned businesses, sort of like a community-based farmer's market.
But what's equally exciting about that, I would say, is that part of who we'll be bringing as vendors are two past participants who went through one of our diversion programs and through working with us and of course their own amazingness are now operating their own business.
And so they will be able to be there forever with us and highlight the work that we do.
It's a way to have folks really see firsthand five years ago or three years ago, these two participants entering in off of, you know, a referral, right? And went through our diversion program, now business owners and get to partner with us, right? So that's really exciting.
The second thing that we have coming up It's taking place August 21st at 11 a.m. It's called our Celebration of Choice event.
And, you know, we've been doing previously, folks might know the Evening of Choice is what we historically have called it.
We're going to celebrate the origins of Choose 180 and everything in between and all these really great milestones.
And so that's going to be really exciting because I think it's going to allow us to Kind of take a trip back, take a look back on memory lane, right? But also be excited about what's coming.
And then, of course, we are going to be fleshing out some things for continuing our Tacoma expansion.
