What is how it has impacted your work and community? The need, what are we seeing and how are you pushing through?

Yeah, the current state of nonprofit is crunchy right now and it's uncomfortable and it's wild if I'm if I'm being honest.

It almost it feels like a crisis within itself.

Right.

And I had mentioned this, you know, not too long ago that at a nonprofit, nonprofits is hard work.

You know what I'm saying? We know that this is not the million dollar job, you know, and that's not why a lot of nonprofit folks do this work.

We do this work because it's a service to our community.

Can you just talk about some of the progress points that you've made over the past year or so? Any anecdotes that make you say, you know what, this is why we do the work we do?
