But I've come to realize in my personal definition that pleasure is just presence.

How present can we be with the present moment? Even right now, as we're like sitting in this podcast, what would it look like for me to be more in pleasure here? Maybe I lean back on my chair more.

Maybe my shoulders drop, right? Like instantly right now, I just felt like, oh, it's a bit lighter.

And each time I've been like, yeah, oxytocin versus dopamine, that makes so much sense.
