And Gary Campbell sort of bemoaning a bit of a lack of consistency, maybe both in terms of his team selection at times due to who was available and not available and also in terms of maybe level of performance I think that was more like it from them eventually on Saturday and back to winning ways I mean he did say afterwards that a few stern or perhaps choice words were required at half time to extract a bit more from his team because he said the first half he felt at times it was like a pre-season game where it didn't really look like it mattered to them so I think they were safe to say I think they were left in no doubt about what he was looking for in the second half and to be fair to them to the Invergorne players they reacted and responded well face at a Started the second half up until about 70 minutes, penned Rothes in, they couldn't get out, hit a woodwork a couple of times, Simon Rubilas had a couple of good saves, there was a lot of set pieces that Rothes had to defend and eventually for one of them, Joe Coyle, broke the deadlock and then not long after he won a penalty tucked it away 2-0 and that was job done really for Invergordon and I have to say like I get on well with him but just when you speak to Gary you can tell there is that edge so can I say I wouldn't have liked him you know maybe roaring at me real half time

He's kind of in the running now for being the most honest manager in the Highland League, I

I think someone speaking to a couple of players as well who've maybe been there for a few years, I think they're well used to, you know...

I think I couldn't fault their effort at all on Saturday, but in terms of the quality required at times, and like Ryan Essendon was saying afterwards as well, looking after the ball, and especially in the second half, taking a bit of pressure off yourself so just didn't use the ball well enough or maybe keep it or even just like wee things like trying to draw a free kick to like release a bit of pressure there were not things like that that they weren't quite doing and it eventually caught up with them but it doesn't help they're a bit sort of light in terms of bodies at the moment like you'd the likes of Ali Morrison, Zach McPhee, Thomas Brady, Sean Cornish all missing on Saturday.

And then in the first five minutes, Dylan Lawrence, who's done well for them up front, pulls his hamstring, has to come off.

Daniel Fraser also had to come off in the first half after a pretty meaty 50-50, which he came off worse in.

And then... as a result of that like they're putting on sean cameron who is a bit of brother with his knee but kind of had to go on because there's nobody else and lee mcdade who'd i was told had been sort of ill for 10 days prior to that and again probably you know he'd to play mcdade had to play and they both both of them played an hour and it's like in an ideal world you wouldn't be putting them on or certainly not as early as they had to but it was kind of needs must only real positive on that side for roth this was robbie ochert coming on later on making his second appearance back after being out for 18 months with a knee injury so you know maybe that's something if they can get him sort of up to speed it'll help going forward
