she's into mindset things and I was just about to have my wedding and I after talking to Gay I was like you can help me then because I really want to stay super present for my wedding day and I'm worried that when I get up there to say my speech and I'm going to be so overwhelmed I'm not going to take in one of the most important days of my life so Gay helped me out with that and gave me a flow state meditation that you had touched on before about being in flow state that I could listen to that we worked on together I listened to it every day up to the wedding and it had a profound impact on me because I As I had imagined myself walking down the aisle, making eye contact with every single person that I loved and cared for, feeling their vibes coming to me, feeling my vibes of love going to my husband, being surrounded by love.
