Your reputation's on the line, and so is theirs, and if you're clogging up their house with bad reviews or whatever, then you're not helping anybody, right? And you're hurting people.

There's a lot that I want to go over that you covered just in that, but one of the things that you mentioned is something that I feel really passion- pa- passionately about in this industry, and it's that in Facebook groups, in conferences, in podcasts, everywhere you look, everyone's telling you, "Oh, you're trying to get to 50 properties.

You're trying to get to 500 properties." Everyone's pushing you to do more because it sounds like y- that's what you should do.

You've gotta be bigger to be better, and if you're a small company with 10 properties, you're just getting started.

Tell me about that and how that, that changed, like, when you stopped being like, "I don't wanna do this because it sounds good.

"Why are you always on the phone? Why are you always working?" And you're like...

I'm here now." You start getting irritated about why they're like, "Hey, you're so busy all the time." There's a, I read a book, I think it was after we had started working with you guys, but I read this book, or I listened to the audiobook 'cause I'm too busy, right? Listened to the audiobook by Dan Martell, Buy Back Your Time, and there's one thing that he talked about in there that I, really resonated with me, was that you're addicted to chaos.
