He's edited numerous books and s- really has spent decades helping to shape the science and the practice of mind-body health.

And he's also been a guest on Healthy Brain, Happy Body in the past, and it's always a pleasure to have him, have him here.

Now, at this year's NRBS Conference, he's gonna be speaking about our relationship with nature.

And so in today's episode, we'll talk about the talk, w- w- we'll talk about his talk, [laughs] which is titled Nature Contact and Its Effects on Stress, Resilience, and Health.
