What the ATF has done, for those of you who haven't caught up on it, what the ATF has done is they have stopped enforcing the Form 1, Form 3, Form 4 transfers of nfa items they have stopped enforcing it is no long they are no longer mandating the enforcement the enforcement is still the law that is still the law the law has not changed atf is simply not enforcing it therefore if you are in a state that does not otherwise require of NFA firearms, NFA items, specifically the SBRs, SBSs, silencers, and AOWs that all went to $0, to be in the NFRTR to be legal, then ATF is saying a 4473 is enough documentation to transfer those items.
