for people maybe listening, what is the real difference then between happiness and joy? How do we actually navigate the distinction and why does it matter? Happiness

Like if I were to ask you, Steph, you know, today on a scale of 1 to 10, how do you feel? Maybe you'll say 7, 8, whatever is your number.

And sometimes it's also about people thinking about the collective experience of their life.

And they might answer 7 or 8 because if they look back, they'll think of all the high moments and they'll be like, yeah, it's not too bad.

It becomes a fuel that drives you, right? But happiness is probably more superficial.

And I feel in my own just navigating the two as well, that joy is the one that really lasts as well.

And it's the one that really has a profound effect on how... how much your life can change when you choose to prioritize things that actually bring you joy.

as you said, it's that deeper sense of knowing and it's almost like a much more full body experience than just being happy and just, you know, and that side of things.

But I think A lot of the time, especially as parents, you know, we're told to be positive, be happy, you know, or even throughout our lives, really.
