I mean, how do we navigate it healthily?
18:07
Yeah.
18:07
So one of the things with emotions is sitting with the emotion.
18:12
I have lots of emotions every single day.
18:15
And sometimes when it comes, it's very intense and very strong all at once.
18:19
And the tendency is to run away from it because it's so big, right? And sitting with emotion simply means to allow the emotion to flow, right? And I feel it in my body to allow it to be felt in the body because the body is where we store a lot of these emotions.
18:38
And if we bypass it, meaning that we either deny that it exists, we Netflix it away and we don't feel it, then we don't actually get to know what the emotion is all about.
