If You Ignore These Numbers, You'll Lose Money

That's kind of where we're at.

It's just learning a lot day in and day out.

We have currently five team members in Growing Green.

We started this spring with two at one point.

And we have since gone to five, plus myself, so we have six total employees.

One of them is a summer help.

They'll go back to school in the fall, just a couple weeks here, and we will probably end up hiring another one to replace him to go through fall season, but...

Work has been good.

We have been staying busy.

We have sold some really good work.

We've done some really good work.

Sales are down in a sense of production, but we're selling well, if that makes sense.

Obviously, church box comes back into play.

It always does.

Got absolutely just hosed, destroyed, bent over on hours on that thing.

And so we spent a lot of labor hours on things that we were not getting paid for.

Just plain and simple.

We were out there working.

We were not getting paid.

We weren't super over all materials.

I've talked about that before.

So that is a good thing.

I'm glad we were not just getting hosed on materials.

That could come back to really bite us.
