Graham ClarkPanelistLet's get straight into the Argyle news from the last week, and it's been a relatively quiet week which is nice, Sam Down.
Um, however, the press conference delivered a bit of bad news this week in the injury to Michael Bayu.

What I did say on the previous pod that he was the player of pre-season which would give potential for him to either ha- play a big part in our season or maybe more likely that we might recoup some of the, the fee we paid for him.

Unfortunately now it doesn't look as though either are happening certainly, uh, until maybe November, December where he could be reintegrated back into the team.

Uh, f- he, uh, following on from my comments, he had a very good start to the game against Bristol City.

Came inside, um, looked threatening, linked up well with, with Oseni and Pepple, uh, and probably one of our b- if not our best player in the first 25 minutes before he pulled up with- What looked like almost like quite innocuous, he was walking off, but then the, the signal he gave didn't look so good.

The fact he was walking unsupported was a positive sign, but he kind of immediately had the kind of grimace shake of his head, gave the old sub sign as I'm demonstrating on the screen for those who are watching rather than listening.

We, we were a winger short anyway and now we're, now we're really are, really are a winger short because we only have probably in terms of, because Tegan Finn's not even fit yet either.
Yeah.
It's a rough one, isn't it? And as you say, Michael had had such a good start to pre-season.
Graham, the rest of the press conference was relatively mellow from Tom.
He obviously stressed the fact that we are close to our 50% limit essentially on what we can and can't do in the rest of the transfer window.
