And Sam came in quite early and stayed in there and set a real benchmark for our goalkeepers that then the expectancy was that other goalkeepers can go and break in as early so I think again goalkeepers are unique individuals that really sit outside of like the football coaching program every goalkeeper is completely different though so I look at the two that we had last year in Sam Tickle and Tom Watson both came through the academy both very different in terms of the goalkeeper profile so in terms of advice for goalkeepers it'd be the same as I give to others I have an intense focus on this is the same for all players and all staff that give advice to have an intense focus on your own identity retain authenticity about what you're about and just just go after what you're good at so whatever you are good at as a goalkeeper keep making yourself better at and then there might be some critical areas that you need to develop that stop you progressing through but really it's it's about them them being the best versions of themselves that they can be

And especially from last year to this year, I likened it in a recent article I did that we're going to just got a completely shattered spine at the moment, which is sort of trying to get back on track.

So he played for England under-21s and there's a few Prem clubs after him, but he's gone to Bristol City.
