Make Room For The Flow

Send us Fan Mail What if the breakthrough you need is not about getting more, but making more room? In this message on 2 Kings 4:1-7, Wilfred unpacks the widow’s miracle story and reveals how crisis, capacity, and flow work together to unlock divine intervention. A desperate woman faces debt, loss, and the threat of her sons being taken into slavery, but her next move changes everything. Instead of hiding in fear, she cries out to the man of God, receives a precise instruction, and discovers that the size of the miracle depends on the space prepared for it. The real question is not whether God has enough oil—it is whether you have made enough room to receive it. You’ll discover: Why crisis can become the very thing that drives you into the right place for help How Elisha’s instruction to borrow empty vessels reveals the power of capacity What “shut the door” teaches about blocking out doubt, fear, and distractions Why obedience and faith are what keep the flow moving How this miracle was not just for survival, but for debt cancellation and future provision Wilfred also brings out the deeper spiritual challenge behind the story: God is willing to move abundantly, but the flow often stops where our preparation stops. If the vessels run out, the oil ceases. If your capacity expands, so does what you are able to receive. This episode is for anyone in a season of pressure, prayer, or waiting who needs a reminder that God still multiplies what is available, fills what is empty, and moves powerfully in the home, in the heart, and in the future.
