Josh Donaldson and Russ address the INSANE Jays turnaround - GIDL Ep. 15

Yeah, so th- this guy, he loves to just get under the skin of the opposing team.

He, he was doing, he was doing some, some stuff during the WBC.

He, he's, he's in the box, and he tries to manipulate the clock.

There's a certain time where you have to be ready as a hitter, and he would stand in the box, kind of ready, and tilt his head down.

And then at eight seconds, look up, and then the pitcher can go ahead and, and start his windup.

But, like, he'll get in the box, look up for a second, and then look down.

He, he's just...

He's always doing stuff to kind of get on your nerves.

So I, I know that he would probably annoy the crap out of me if I was playing against him.

Um, but he's probably the kind of guy that you'd love to have on your team.

He's one of those guys.

Um, but I don't know.

I, I just...

I, I don't like it.

You know, I think Josh kind of likes his antics and stuff, you know, kind of.

But, man, i- it, playing against him, i- i- we'd have words.

We'd have words when he's stepping in the box, for sure.

Guaranteed.

[laughs]

He's a good player, though.

Yeah.

He's a good player.

[laughs]

I just wish he just played the game, and just, you know, you know, instead of just doing all those little annoying things that he does.

But, okay, so J.D., before we get to you, Russ, you say we'd have words.
