And all of a sudden my body had like its breaking point on Friday and Saturday because apparently I have an intolerance to sucralose that I didn't realize I had.

And surprise, surprise, it's been like three days now since I realized and stopped taking it or using it.

So I started Googling all the reasons and then sucralose came up and I was like, wait a second.

So anyway, the side effects, I'm going to pull up what I was reading to you and Kate, just in case anyone else is experiencing this level of bloatation out of nowhere.

And the only thing that's really changed outside of like what I've added is like I haven't been able to get as many steps in as I want.
