Do you believe in MBTI? People treat it like it's a Bigfoot or a UFO or some ghost or something like that.

And it reminds me of a point that Neil deGrasse Tyson was talking about when discussing aliens.

People would ask him if he believes in aliens and he would say science doesn't care what you believe aliens.

Most people dismiss the cognitive functions as just some belief, some woo-woo thing that they can't believe.

And it sounds completely fabricated, made up, and that the cognitive functions and the dichotomies don't mean anything.

So today let's actually talk about some of the science behind the cognitive functions and the Myers-Briggs type indicator because there is a lot of benefit to it.

It's been dramatically catalyzing for my life and my self-development and many of my clients and customers too.
