Well, and that's something, you know, I think the reason we wanted to have this conversation with you today is because that's something that you have championed is friendships, especially for women.

And on your social, you give lots of really great tips and bring up things for us to think about.

But, you know, I think it is something for us to discuss when we talk to moms about, you know, what are the things that are hardest for you as a mom? mom community or mom friendships comes up regularly or just female friendships.

Um, and you know, I think it's because we just like, there's so much built in friendships.

I'm going to be honest with you, there's parts where it's a little bit easier for kids because they're already in these classrooms, they're already on these sports teams, you know, and you develop that all through high school.

Even when you get to college, it gets maybe slightly trickier, but you're still, like, involved in clubs or you're in these classes or you're in a major, and so you meet people.

That all changes considerably when you launch out of the school system and now you're, you know, on your own.

And potentially if you have a spouse and then – You're trying to make friends that that spouse also likes.

You know, you just kind of gave us a story of like an example, but like, what does it look like when, you know, you move to a new place or.

you you have launched out of college and you're a young adult like what does that look like when you're starting from zero how do we start to develop those friendships again
So it's one of the things that I'm continually trying to figure out, like, okay, where are people meeting people? How are people meeting people? What are the conversation starters you can use? Now, I don't know if I'm a natural introvert, which is really wild because I married the most extroverted man in the entire world.
And he could go up to anybody and just start having a conversation and everyone will think he's his best friend right away.
For me, going into new places and new environments, I literally want to hide in the bathroom unless I know like that one person I can like, okay, I've got one person I can connect with them.
You know, so moving to a new place where you literally don't have any connections, like going to that first flag football game, like I don't know a single parent here.
