And so to see the commercialization become the thing, meanwhile medically it is the thing.

You know, I, I, I'm, um, I come from a family where, [clears throat] um, there's a history of, of, of, of, you know, struggle with depression, alcoholism, um, bipolarism.

Um, and I've had res- uh, relatives that just with really high potency, like, vitamins reversed all this.

And I take a ton of supplements, but we have an endocannabinoid system, and so that's a supplement, too.

And I, I think what we're seeing with the slow walk with the government regulations and everything is just so that they can figure a way out how to, like, put this in, like, big pharma's pocket.

You know? And re- and realistically, the way all this needs to be done, in my opinion, is it needs to be from us, by us, through us.

You know, our citizen scientists are the one that the majors are poaching from.

Like, I go to these mycology, uh, like, festivals, and it's very similar to the cannabis community where they're just innovating.

They're just coming up with new things and discoveries, and it's all going viral, and some things people can control, and some things they can't.

Some things people just give away, and some things are secret because they do not want those major industry people to get that information.

Because once they do, they'll be able to win.

And so I really encourage people to be very careful with the information, you know, that you want, you wanna keep certain things in our community, uh, and, and, and, and certain thing...

And w- or at least long enough for us to make sure that we're in position to benefit and stay in position of at least making money.

You know, we don't wanna cr- So, so, so I really appreciate how inclusive the cannabis community has been of me as regenerative soil guy because, you know, I mean, like, this is where I come from, but I never was a grower.

Uh, I lived, you know, in a garage in my wife's grandparents' house.

And my in-laws, Bishop Mike, and, and, you know, like, all these different people, you know, were all there.

And so there I never had, I never had very much privacy or options or things like to do that.

Uh, and so, so I...

And I also wanted to be respectful, you know.

Um, because I, you know, I had no place to live.

[laughs] That's the thing, and it's like I had it all.

I had a two-story apartment when I was playing in bass.

And then the, in the period of time after cancer and in that garage, we went into so much debt 'cause I just couldn't make any money in the Central Valley of California.

I bet if you know Central Valley, California, you're like, "Yeah, no one can make money there.

Duh." It's like a pit.
