What happens when a real estate investor who has done it all, from wholesaling and fix-and-flips to private lending and glamping, stumbles into an opportunity that changes his entire business? For…
And in between the time when you shut down this We Buy Houses business and building up the rental portfolio, did you have a regular job or what did you kind of pivot back to?

And what made you finally take the leap to leave the W2 officially behind? I know it was flexible for a while, but like what was, was there any like one particular thing or just kind of felt right?
I just got the itch to be honest, like things started to snowball and we had several deals that, that we were working on and closing some.
And I had started working with a business partner, Jared Morrison, and we were working on things together and it just started taking more time and started, you know, we started making more money at it.
And I was like, okay, I think this is a good time to, to go ahead and chase this.
