And so do you still do wholesaling now or have you guys pivoted to something else?

So I wouldn't say that we have completely quit.

I still do work on some wholesale deals.

Jared isn't near as focused on it at this point, but it was kind of a transition.

We started with wholesale and then when you're outsourcing deals, you know, you come across some that they're just so good and you can get them for such a good price because of what's going on with them, the condition, whatever.

And it makes you, because I've already been a fix and flip guy, I'm like, man, we could flip this.

And so like, you can either make, 20 or 30 grand as a wholesaler, or you can fix and flip this and maybe do 60, $70,000, sometimes more.

And I'm wondering if there's any habits or routines that you've tried to develop or have developed as an entrepreneur that have helped you to be successful.
