Send us Fan Mail Every real estate agent hears it sooner or later: “What's your commission?” In this episode, Mike Ferrante shares practical…
So, Mike, the opener there, I talked about how you're sitting in the chair, you guys are having a great conversation, and then all of a sudden the seller asks.
Uh, because, you know, it's just, it's a fact of, uh, our business that we, we get paid a commission.
It's when we start dancing around it and coming right out and saying, well, don't you worry about that.
If you can't sell your own value, then Maybe you're not going to be able to sell their own house.
So if you're out somewhere, you're haggling at a shop or you're in a store where maybe the price tags aren't on things and someone says, hey, how much does this cost? They're asking you that for a specific reason.
So agents, what I would say is when you hear that question, don't get uncomfortable.
