I will rave actually about a utility company.

So this didn't happen until last night.

So I don't know.

This is a global company.

I know this.

But do you guys have in America Vodafone? Don't recognize the name.

So I'm guessing this is just a European thing.

Okay.

Look, it's a global, but I guess not America.

Cool.

It's fine.

So basically my broadband currently is with a Vodafone and it expires in almost two months from now.

So, and in the UK, I don't know about America, but in the UK, you are encouraged to switch the moment you can.

So like a month before your contract expires.

you start to switch to a different provider, right? All good.

But these companies have started to realize, but what if, radical idea, what if we offer the same service or a slightly worse service for lesser money to the existing customers? Maybe they will not switch.

So I logged into my account last night and I see, oh, they are offering me an upgrade.

Let me see what the upgrade is.

It's the same speed, so pretty much one gigabyte, which is great speed for internet, for 14 pounds less a month.

So that's a decent fucking saving.

And even when, so you're signing for two years, and each April it goes up by like 2%, 2.5%.

But even by the end of that contract, when it goes up, we will still be paying less than what we're paying now.

So that is a deal.

So I was like, okay, I will stay with you.
