If you've been following the real estate headlines lately, you've probably noticed something interesting.

We're hearing that the housing market is struggling.

The next minute we're hearing it's not.

We read about all the multi-million dollar houses.

Matter of fact, there was just a, I think, a townhouse on the market, kind of 80 million or something, maybe like that.

I mean, prices are crazy.

And what I usually do is every single week, I mean, this may sound old-fashioned because I still have to...

I can do it online.

I get all the papers online also, but I also like to get hard copy prints.

And I pull out all the articles that have to do with real estate because that's what you're reading.

And I try to go through anything that's new or very current to keep everybody up to snuff so that you're really up to the latest trends in real estate and what's going on.

But sometimes there's different stories.

So sometimes everyone plants a story a little differently.

And what I try to do on this show is to try to tell you if it's in my opinion and this is only an opinion.

If it's fact, it's a fact.

Try to give me the facts and then you do your homework and make a decision that's good for you.

but the market's really complicated.

You know, when I first got to the real estate business, which is, I don't want to tell you how old, because I'll date myself.

It was a long time ago.

They were like, Oh, you know, you just pick out a couple of houses, show them, uh, And in some ways, 25 years ago, I think it was a little easier.

People didn't ask a lot of questions.

People really just took the word of the brokers because they could not get information.

25 years ago, if you didn't go to a broker, you really wouldn't know what's going on.

Today, information is at people's fingers.

You can get information all over.
