Now, do you think that a person, like we talked about that the landlord is going to be screening the tenants.

Go to the building that you're thinking of renting in and just ask some of the people that live there if they like living there.

You don't have to do that, but that's something that you can do.

But my million-dollar question is, Richard, what happens when life changes? Now you got transferred.

Maybe you got transferred or you lost your job, okay? Or you found a home that you're manly in love with and you want to buy it.
