We h- can admit there is climate change.

We see it in the weather.

Yeah.

But how we address-

... making it better, we can't do it in the United States alone.

So we should not be saying, "If we just clean up everything in America, that's gonna change climate." It is not.

Joe Manchin served in the US Senate for 15 years, chairing the Energy Committee and serving on Appropriations and several other committees.

Before that, he was governor of West Virginia.

I think we've done a very poor job of educating the public-

Yes

... on what they've got.

Yes.

What they won't have if you stop something before something else can replace it.

Listen, I'm for everything.
