Dr. Deep Sea: Navy Diving, Hyperbaric Medicine, TBI Recovery, and 100 Days Underwater

Blessed.

And really, there's not many careers like that that I'm aware of.

But now you move into an even cooler realm.

Let's talk about what you're doing now.

So when I retired, you know, I'm at I'm moving a friend of mine out of his house.

And a friend of mine happened to be the two star, right? Two star admiral.

Ed Winters.

So I'm moving him out of his house in Tampa because he's retired.

So, you know, McRaven's there and General Highholtz is there.

So the first, second, and third in command of SOCOM are all there.

And we're drinking a beer and we're moving him out of the houses.

So he goes, hey, Aquanaut, what do you want to be when you grow up? This is McRaven.

And I'm

like, I don't know.

And he's like, so you could tell he was giving me that I want you to come work for me.

And I was like, but I don't want to come work for you.

He goes, no, no, no, no.

You could die.

I says, no, no, no.

So he says, Hey, look, um, you know, through, through a couple of channels, we wound up getting, he needs help on the preservation of the force and family 22 a day are killing themselves, our brothers and sisters.

And I'm like, I'm in, you got me, you know, you had me at, let me help.

So I go there and they do it for six months and I'm watching this what amounted to be a shit show.

And it's just, we're talking to people, right? And like, guys like you and I can talk, because I know where you've been.

I know what you're doing.

I'll listen to you.
