Something, man, there's a lot of mistakes.
The one that you remember heard the most.
You know what? Coming from a structured corporate background, all the years that I worked for, I worked for big companies, multinationals, where everything is written.
You have the corporate governance.
You have all of these things.
You have a huge team.
Everyone is doing their own roles.
You're responsible for this.
You're responsible for that.
Coming in as an entrepreneur, that was a mindset that I had.
And in the company that we had initially set up, we were literally like a three man show.
So trying to basically, you know, where I excelled was being able to manage a team and delegate responsibilities and so forth.
And all of a sudden, there is no team.
It's all by myself.
We had a 3PL that we were working with.
And my approach was very much similar to, you know, how we are in the corporate world.
very quickly I realized that, look, there's a property from the 3PLs, but the same, I am a tiny little insignificant customer for them.
So I need to adapt to their ways of doing business rather than the other way around.
So it took some time.
But I think finally managed to sort of, you know, build some sort of a system where we both are able to, you know, to sort of run our business.
I think that was probably, that was a mistake.
I would say the first thing that I dealt with in the first company, I had another company that I'd set up, which was an e-commerce company.
Again, that company also just landed on my lap.
It wasn't something that I went looking for.
