You took a handful of years working for other businesses just to kind of, like, recharge and, like, get your, uh, get your breath back.

But, you know, talk to me about why you jumped right back in to startup world since November with me.

And then obviously I met you, and then just knowing how passionate you were about the same industry that I was.

And then not only that, I knew from the first go-around how important the commercial function is, how important it is to have a strong person in the market to champion stuff.

And then, you know, you have a lot of those qualities, and I think the combined fact of, you know, the...

We're both knowledgeable, passionate about it, have good skillsets that balance each other, and I think the timing in the market's just really interesting.

A lot of people claiming they could do a lot of things, but there's not a lot of outcome.

We have a two-sided platform, one for employees and their families and one for the employers.

For the employers, we typically work with, uh, self-funded employers, where even though they're self-funded, the transparency to understand the benefits, which is lacking.

They had difficult time understanding who was utilizing it, what the outcomes were, and what decisions they should make, what things they should keep, what things they should strategically add on.

So on the employer side, we created this platform that allows you to have a bird's-eye view for this information and gives, connects the information to the insight on what areas you should double down on and what areas are new opportunities.

And while we're doing that, we're collecting very interesting data such as the SPD docs and so forth, and then making that easy button for the family side.
