So this is a very much hotly talked about UK R&B album this past week and change.

Um, yeah, just everybody and everybody since UK R&B have been gassing this album up.

Um, one, is it even an album? It's less than half an hour, so, you know, just saying, just saying, just saying, don't kill me, don't kill me, just saying.

Um, but with that said, regardless if you consider it an EP, like I do, or an album, um, this is fire.

Uh... produced, Female Producer Alert, both of them have production credit, um, on this album, uh, more or less for the whole album, uh, Edith Nelson, Barbara Boko, and, um, yeah, past that, you just got some really, really top tier UK R&B here, uh, Freedom with Georgia Smith, that beat, is so crisp so bouncy um yeah i've it's it's every year on year it's getting harder for me to find songs that really truly speak to me to the point where i put it on my regular rotation these days I guess that's me getting older in that case.

So, you know, I feel like we've talked about before where, you know, once you turn a certain age, you know, you stop discovering, you know, stuff or stop discovering music in our case.

And obviously, you know, album wise and artist wise i'm always discovering but just you know singular songs it's it's hard for me to find those tracks in the new in new works where i'm just like yeah i want to put some regularization and listen to it you know every day on my on my journeys um but yeah freedom with george smith top tier track so that's a that's a that's high praise on my side because it's that's a rare that's a rarefied day there's maybe like two tracks this year that i've put on my regular rotation to drop this year um but yeah past that languages um i mean i'll say that the whole album is pretty pretty decent i say album um but yeah it's 10 tracks under just under 28 minutes uh it's a it's a it's a bop the production is so tight um the vocals solid songwriting solid um but i'm mainly here for the production i feel like these these girls with this production have really unlock something there um ko to the friend just happy to be here um yeah we got ko the friend singing um which uh you know interesting um it's okay on that front on the singing front um but you know he's it's much more it's a much more uh relationship filled album which you know considering the past relationship uh uh uh situations uh that ko friend has been in in recent years it's good to finally see kota the friend finally turn the page on that stuff and uh has you know kind of created an album that i feel like is a good response it's towards you know a certain type of personal healing um you know in past uh in past like eps that he's dropped there's always been those couple of tracks where it's just kind of turned me off because he's you know talking about you know, he's leaning, he's like kind of subliminal, uh, subbing that situation that he had a few years ago.

It's chill, but it's a bit more acoustic-y, which is a different change of pace.
