My understanding is that the spanish supreme court recently ruled there was protections for those who arrived by sea versus those who arrived by land there's a legal difference in terms of deporting them which is an important distinction i don't know you know it's very hard to suss out between media and social media what what is actually going on but what i was seeing were people walking along the shore or like swimming out and around a jetty.
So I don't know if that technically arrived by sea or if we can say they swam there or they walked there.
I mean, obviously they're not, You know, with Suti, you obviously had to look it up because, OK, the Spanish enclave.
So probably the Thais were just right for them to swim, walk in shallower and more calm waters.
