Maybe we are already inclined to expect Jesus to heal on the Sabbath, just as we expect the Pharisees and religious leaders to object, so there was no need to mention it again.

Dr. Amy Moiso, a Presbyterian pastor, theologian, and trusted leader in the life of the church.

Amy leads the management of social witness policy on behalf of the Presbyterian Church USA denomination in Louisville, Kentucky.

Before that, she served as associate director of the Louisville Institute.

Amy earned her MDiv from San Francisco Theological Seminary, a Master of Ecumenical Studies degree from Bausay Ecumenical Institute, and the University of Geneva, and a PhD in homiletics and liturgics from Vanderbilt University.
