Lee NewmeyerGuestLuke BogackiHostYou mentioned earlier working full-time, right? Like, you've made a, a, a life kind of around the, the racing industry, right? In addition to, to what you're doing on the racetrack through a couple of different positions.
Like, you got a lot going on in life, right? So what's the, what's the balancing act look like as you kind of take on, you know, more stuff?

Um, you, you gotta stay organized, and that's one of the things that it's, again, it's, it's kind of that fine line between things.

But I, I really try to keep myself organized on a daily basis, not just on the racing side of things, but just every- everything in life.

Uh, I, it, it probably sounds dumb, but I have a, a daily to-do list that I make for myself just...

And it, and it's down to simple things like making sure I hit the practice tree, so I don't, I don't have to worry about trying to remember all these things that I have going on.

I know it doesn't work for other people, but it's, it's something that I try to...

Organization, it's, that's been my, my biggest thing, uh, with, uh, you know, work, work-life balance, racing-life balance, things like that.

It's, you know, progressing and just continuing to add more, more things to my plate.
And your, in your current position with, with Race Tools Direct, you're one, like me, and like seemingly a, a, a growing number of Americans, like, working from home.
That, my experience with that is like, it takes a tremendous amount of kind of like self-discipline and like you say, the, the to-do lists and kind of, because you're, you're policing to keep yourself on task and trying to prioritize.
Like, in one way you've got a lot of freedom, but like it's pretty easy to get off the rails there.
So I can definitely resonate with what you said about just trying to kind of keep things in order and putting first things first, right?
